Takealot non delivery and no communication

I ordered computer desk along with 3 other items on the 9th of December 2023. Paid the full order received delivery on the 22nd of December 2023. All but the desk. Did receive another persons wig elastic send that back. I have send 8 emails to takealot with no reply. Have received no credit for the desk i DID NOT receive. Contacted Lasa directly for waybill number but couldnt get a waybill because takealot issue that. ITT Springbok is not getting responce from Their side either from Takealot... about my desk. Fast to send the courier to collect for returns but communication is there non when you want to know where you items are that youPAID for....Consider this as theft
