Takealot non delivery

I ordered a Xmas gift for my dad and was surprised Takealot delivered on Saturday else I would have taken A pick up point. Takealot delivery guy called me this morning asking me to come out as he is in my street but does not know which house. However we've delivered many packages from takealot without any issues as our location is on google maps and is easy to find. My mom was outside and noticed no vehicles in our street as it's a quiet area. While trying to explain to the driver where my house is the call dropped and he did not call again and just got line busy 10 times. Immediately I got an sms "we tried to deliver your takealot order, but coudln't." with a reschedule option on my order on the app. Hows that for good service? The guy was never in my street and calls to reschedule. I'm not sure how that works but it's dishonest and spoils somebody's Xmas

This is the 2nd time this happened and I must say this is horrible service. Would not recommend.
