TAKEALOT Non Delivery

Order #*** I placed order on 21st of Jan for lightbulbs and was advised electronically on the 29th February that order cancelled due to no stock. Totally unacceptable! Should not be promoting the product if no stock. Takealot keeps payment as of 21st and then credits to account unless I instruct them to repay to my card. Am now a week overdue on urgently needing the products I ordered.
