Takealot non-deliverence!!!!

I ordered a few things on the 15th of December 2023 from Takealot.com. Need I say that this will be my very last time. On the 21st of December 2023 I received a sms that the parcel will be delivered by 17:00. To this day I am still waiting for feedback and Takealot is blaming CourierIt and CourierIt is blaming their branches. I just want my money back and have been trying to communicate this to Takealot however their interface is so poor. There is no tab to request a refund. My order number is ***
