Takealot No Support

Good day, on the 30th March 2021 i ordered 3 pc's on Takealot. I received the order on the 9th April 2021, when i open the boxes i only received 2 computers and in the third box was fly swatters that i did not order. i requested the return and they said that i must send the wrong parcel back before the do anything else. No one phoned me, they work only via Email apparently. they picked up the (wrong) parcel the 15th April 2021, from then no one has contacted me via email or phone call. The 20th April 2021 was my 5th email stating my missing parcel and again the rep**** "Kindly note that a replacement order will be created once the return item has arrived back at the warehouse and process concludes. You will receive an email notification once this will take place." i still haven't received anything regarding my parcel. I'm disgusted of how a regular client is treated, no phone calls or emails saying IT WAS THERE FAULT or a proper APOLOGY, and still I'm waiting for my computer or refund of any kind.
