Takealot? No should be Take your time and Take my money

Placed an order, paid for same day delivery. Said it should be at the office by 5pm. After 5pm the delivery guy calls says he is at the office. I tell him the office is closed as he was late and that i am on my way home and that he needs to deliver the next day. I get to work the next day and i see online that my order was delivered as per the order status. I ask Reception and Security if anything was received and nothing was. I call Takealot and speak to a consultant who said he will follow up. The whole day passes by and no call and no package. Tell me again why i paid for same day delivery? Today is Friday, which means i'll only receive my package next week. Well done Takealot, Well Done!
