Takealot no service

Service from Takelot has been totally shocking. I have placed an order 20 bottles of champagne for a wedding which is coming up this weekend. I received 15 bottles and 2 bottles of tequila (this wasn't part of my order) they then collected the tequila did a replacement of 2 bottles of champagne, I'm now still missing 3 bottles. I have been phoning and emailing takelot with no luck at all. I have requested numerous times to speak to management and they keep saying that management will phone me but don't get called back. This is so frustrating as they take your money but when there is an issue they can't fix it.
