Takealot NO Satisfaction

I ordered the Game of Thrones series on the 7th December 2018. We only opened it after the 22nd December 2018. Once the package was opened, some of the discs had scratches onit. I then logged a return and they couldnt refund me as i didnt open it within 7 days of ordering it. I did explain to them that we could only watch it when we were on holiday. I paid R949 for scratch discs. Surely they should have met me somewhere in the middle after all the business i have done with Takealot. Is that how they keep their customers HAPPY????????? Hard earned money for defective item.
