Takealot no refund or just doesnt reply anymore

Its been back and forth for a month now going on 2 months. Item sent back in given time frame, i can not use the mp3 player as it doesnt connect with any of my bluetooth devices. Ive been told i havent even used it as the plastic is still on screen etc etc thats why they have sent it back to me after i logged a return...I can not use it, they dont reply and when they do reply they say someone in the relevant dept will contact me or the issue has been escalated. I do not know what to do anymore, ive always bought stuff from them and they've always been helpful but i dont want anything to do with takealot. I do not recommend them anymore.
