Takealot, NO REFUND NO FEEDBACK

I returned an item on Thursday the 12, today is the 19th and still no feedback from them, only reply I got was "We will revert back to you once we have feedback." on takealot it reads "Status: Return concluded." the item is brand new NEVER USED, returned because it does not look like the images advertised on their website, terrible quality. Reference: MRRN-MVZK8-XWZ7
