Takealot, no refund after 17 days and counting

Hi there, lets begin from the start. I bought a 15l airfryer from them for R1090.00, seemed cheap, first one i received did not work. I sent it back to them after i waited a week to get it. The next day i sent it back to them, only to wait another week for the replacement. Got the replacement item, worked great for less than a month. Sent it back to them and asked for a full refund to my account. On the 27th of September 2024, i received an email stating my refund was processed. Till date i have not received my refund from them. There is no contact number for them and after sending a lot of emails, it just comes back undelivered. Today is the 14the of October 2024 and my refund is still not showing in my account. According to what the help department says "it takes 3 to 5 days", "depending on your bank. So if my calculation is right... 17 days later i still have not received my refund and there is no way to contact them.... Please tell me how will i get my money back from Takealot?
