takealot no refund

Very simple, returned item on 12 october 2019. Accessory was noted as missing. Returned accessory on 19 october 2019. Refund confirmed on 28 October 2019 by Crystal Saban but since then due to takealots system reflecting accessory missing nothing has been done. Takealot calls me every odd day but they cannot give me a status update and just want to hear if the item has been returned.
