Takealot no more!

Good day.

I was informed that my delivery would come through yesterday. I then received an sms saying that they were unable to deliver as I was not home. We did not receive a call to say they were at the gates of our complex.

I then received a message saying it will be here by 3 today. Only to receive the same message of them being unable to deliver my goods.

Again, no call was made to say there were here.

I have been home both times to receive the parcel.

As I am unable to call anyone as their phone lines are down. And I have had no responses to my emails or facebook messages.

I have never had this problem with them before but it is highly unlikely that I will utilize their services in the future.
