Takealot no longer have my trust.

Takealot.com was one of my favourate online stores. But my last 4 orders were all a mess.

With delivery dates being moved back and forth. Orders split into several packages being delivered on different days and some of the items purchased canceled without notice.

The helpline is an agonizing process of emails back and forth with no useable information.

I dont trust takealot anymore.

I can accept that life is not perfect and errors do occur. But we are on error number 5

Takealot's service is deteriorating like the roads in South Africa.
