Takealot no longer dependable

I really do not know why somehow there's always a delay or problem with my order.. I have logged so many complaints already and even emailed Kim Reid but still this continues. I spent so much money for such awful service.. Takealot use to be so dependable but now it's nothing more than bad customer service
