Takealot no longer a convenient way to shop

I returned a defective tent to Takealot. The zips were already splitting open on delivery. I returned the item only for the return to be rejected, without any communication. One cannot get through to the help line and my numerous emails go unanswered. The ease and convenience of buying through takealot and not going to the shop sadly no longer exists. I have been trying to get this sorted out for weeks now. After sales service is sadly non existant.
