Takealot - no idea when order supposed to be delivered yesterday will arrive

Paid 23rd June & promised deliver 28 June (yesterday). Not shipped yet, call centre call dropped after 'verifying', still no idea when goods will be arriving & order tracking not updating since placing the order.
