Takealot no honoring their warranty claims processes

I purchased a refurbished Lenovo Laptop [Thinkpad T14] with a 24 Month warranty. The Laptop has stopped charging and as a result has stopped working. I have been trying to contact Takealot to claim the warranty since i dont know the resellers information. The website doesn't allow me to process a return above 30 days. So i cant use the standard Takealot Returns Process of logging a return. I have tried contacting customer service and have been communicating to an agent via email. The Agent simply advises me to still use the standard returns process that doesn't seem to work for purchases over 30 days.
