Takealot No Assistance on Delivery of paid Items

Order placed 2 December #***. Delivery date was scheduled for 13 December. On 12 December I contacted takealot to confirm the delivery date for 13 December as status still showed NOT YET SHIPPED Lifah.M confirmed and enaured me that delivery will take place on 13 December. Today 14 December no delivery has taken placed and no status updated. I have spend hours on the phone with Chwayita, Zama and Charlton no one can give me feedback or assist me with my order. The service and feedback is non existent We are moving into our home and are left without the furniture and other things we need and Takealot cannot give us any feedback or assistance.
