Takealot nightmares

No option for 0 stars., not worth the 1 star.

I have logged a return and awaiting credit after it was concluded. No credit has been passed to date. I have emailed my query and with a few responses nobody understands what is going on. Very *********** and unprofessional staff that are assuming scenarios, not even understanding the issue!!!! It's really frustrating having to explain this to Alaanah - a staff member that called me, seemingly understood the situation and promised to call me once resolved.... She went AWOL. It's a nightmare to have to deal with them really. People please think twice when having to show on takealot and brace yourself if you have to return for refund! Too stressful and problematic.
