Takealot Nightmare

horrific!!!! I ordered a printer and a rim of white paper, one order. 2 days later the rim of paper was delivered. I struggled to get in contact with takealot as they have disconnected their phones. i sent a request asking about my printer. i then got an email from an agent named Jared the day after that said the printer got to the courier later than the rim of paper. why they were separated to begin with boggles my mind, I then asked when i would get my printer, there was no response. i sent another enquiry a day later and still there has been no response. the confirmed delivery date when i placed the order was Tuesday 19.05.2020 before 17:00 It is now Wed 20.05.2020 20:15, and i still don't have the printer i paid for. i bought this for my boy's school work and now we are falling behind. This is disgraceful,
