Takealot next day delivery ****

I ordered a photographic part on Friday 20 March 2020 to use on a job I was booked for. I paid for next day delivery to ensure I get the part on time. Takealot then proceeded to lose the part in transit and I never received my order. They then promised to have a replacement order by Monday 23 March 5pm. I have proof of this as they sent me a tracking schedule. I delayed the job I had to do to the the part I ordered. At 4:55 23 March I still did nor have the order delivered. Upon enquiry I was told I will only be getting the order on Wednesday, 25 March!
