Takealot next day delivery is only a promise

Takealot's is going down the drain, the website stated before payment yesterday night that for R70 my items will be delivered today. After payment the date moved to the 20th. I called takealot, they stated that it was 1 item that caused the delay, I said, remove the item and deliver the rest as takealot promised. The item was removed delivery for the other items are still scheduled for next week. Why do we pay for next day delivery if Takealot cant deliver.

Takealot = only promises
