Takealot next day delivery doesn't work

I'm highly disappointed in Takealot delivery services claiming to delivery the next and never meet up with that. Twice this week I've ordered from Takealot and Superbalist for the next day delivery and my items weren't delivered though they still took the shipping fee. At first I understood that systems do malfunction but not twice in a row. I absolutely do not understand why promise when you can't deliver. This has caused so much inconvenience as I urgently needed the items. At this point next day delivery is not working for me.
