Takealot never responds to e-mails
My product was defective on receipt. I attempted to return and logged all my details on the site. For the past week i have been promised that someone will collect the product. No one has come and no one replies to my e-mails requesting for the pick up/following up. The person who was meant to be assisting me is Haseenah Ahmed.<br> <br> Please resolve and provide me back my refund!<br>
