Takealot never help me in anyway

Hi I ordered 2 items with takealot 25 November delivery was only 7 December I emailed them to exchange my 1 item cause I saw its to cheap not gona work for me and they said they can't exchange with a beter item only can cancel the item and re order it...and they cancel my entire order with 2nd item .. and now they price for my 2nd item is more expensive from date I paid .. and they making my fault I agreed in cancel order which I understood lady telling me cancel item nor items .. now I'm upset cause they don't want to help me when they made a mistake cause I told them I want only 1 item cancel and other item I still want ...
