Takealot never delivered

An order I placed from takealot broke because it was a glass bottle. I created a return. Advised in the return I threw away the box due to the oil messing all over. My order was never escalated 8 days later after multiple reschedules done I still have not received my order. Like what is happening I paid using my money.
