Takealot never ceases to disappoint

I have had such disgusting client service from Takealot. Firstly they tend to advertise things that are not in stock. You pay for it only to find they cannont deliver. And the item is still on the site as in stock? Secondly they sent me the complete incorrect item, and now i have to fight with them to get the issue sorted out. I still want the item i have paid for and want them to deliver that? I have logged this issue with them three weeks ago and now their client service agents appear to be ghosting me and I am not getting a response on resolving this issue.

One might argue for the value of the item is it worth it to fight, but this is why you chose Shein or Temu when they mess around with you too much.
