Takealot Never again

It has now been more than a week and still no good on the Manager Dean's word promising to correct the error that takealot keeps making with all my packages. The package is a present and was supposed to be delivered 24 apr since no news on a new delivery date. I dont want to pay my other orders due to the service I have received. I will also not recommend them to anyone. It is almost impossible to get hold of some one to assist and to fine a number to dial!!! Please inform me how takelot will fix this because you are happy to take money but to deliver.
