Takealot needs to improve it's communication

My order was placed and confirmed with a promised delivery date, but the item was not delivered as scheduled. I have been waiting for several days with no proper updates, no clear communication, and no accountability from either Takealot or the courier partner. What is most frustrating is that the tracking information is either delayed, inaccurate, or not updated at all. I have had to repeatedly follow up myself, yet I am still not getting a clear answer on when my order will arrive.
