Takealot needs to be Taken back to school

Can someone please explain to Takealot what Tissue Oil is? Because I literally feel like I'm talking to stupid people. I'm sorry but serious how do you make the same mistake 3 times like wtaf??? So let me explain. Two weeks ago I was online and browsing and saw that the tissue oil I use for my skin (because it gets slightly dry in CT) is on @takealot so I placed an order with some other items. The order comes a few days later but no tissue oil. So I call them and say that this is the issue. The agent notes that it is a packaging issue and actions a replacement delivery. I wait again and a few days later a box arrives containing a cream? So I call them and. I say you sent me the wrong thing can you please have someone fetch this and send me what I ordered cause I don't want a cream I ordered Tissue Oil. So I wait again and get an email saying that I will be returning the cream to the warehouse?? Like what ***! So I call them again and explain to yet another agent who appears to make sure things are fine but then I get an email saying it's resolved and I must rate the service. So I rated it for the bull**** it was. I called yet again and spoke to a fifth person saying that I got a cream but ordered a tissue oil and the fact that the cream is a cheaper item than the tissue oil! So they flag a replacement and pick up and I wait again and hold and behold today I get the delivery of another freaking useless cheap cream!!! The annoying thing is showed them the product I ordered and it is not a cream! I feel like some of them need to go back to school to understand the difference between Oil and Cream I fear though if I flag it again they might send me ****** cooking oil! #***service #takealot #takethemtoschool
