Takealot needs to be replaced in south africa

Purchased products , takealot sends wrong product , from 22nd May , I wait forever , re purchase, pay for delivery fee, only to be sent the wrong product yet again , now again wait forever for pick up send to warehouse and no accountability from Take A lot group !!!!!!
