Takealot NEED UNGERT HELP TODAY!!!!

Horrible experience!!!

Today been 14 days waiting for evaluation of my MacBook Pro laptop which I have paid extra R2000 that the normal price to get a good customer servicing and now I have been stuck for 14 days without laptop or income. Today only I spoke to 7 people from takealot and nobody gave me an answer where is my laptop all I hear is I’m sending emails and it’s just a waste of time can’t wait any longer!!! Everyday I losing money! Need urgent assistance please today !!! It’s two weeks now please it’s ENOUGH !!!!!!
