Takealot must take charge up

I recently made a purchase of a product on the takealot app. I received the wrong product and I immediately realized it was on purpose cause they hid the name of what was in the package with the name of the product I ordered which is similar I logged a return and a replacement and they rep**** that they would refund me. I want a replacement of what they delivered not a refund because it's clear they did not make a mistake
