Takealot must fix his way of doing things or else stop selling laptops.

Takealot is really draining me as a Uni student , how am I supposed to do my assignment and schoolwork when they do not want to repair my laptop. When I return it they said it's declining , they first said I must reset my password and i did now they say I must reset my email, and I'm not a technician i have asked them to use their technician to reset it as I'm not fami**** in how to and I do not want to cause more damages as it is already damaged. The laptop warranty is still existing as I bought the laptop 2 months ago now they are refusing to return my password. I only want my money back or an exchange. I'm not going to accept it unless it is changed or I receive my money back. Takealot is somehow practicing how to scan people.
