Takealot must fall

Takealot team does not want to refund my money back after delaying my refund for almost 2 weeks .The team fails to look at the footage when the item returned was opened at there where house .I am disappointed in the manner I have been treated by the Takealot Team and demand my refund. Don't sell ******* and now you don't want to give my money back.
