Takealot must change

Not happy. Old canceled orders are being delivered. Orders can't be canceled unless you email or call Takealot. Can not do manually cancel orders on app/web. Orders also take weeks to be processed. Delivery and personnel rude as hel. I tried to be patient for a long time. A lot of people are starting to complain not just me, and they all complain for a reason and the reasons are same as mine and it's being ignored by Takealot and their delivery service.
