Takealot/MrD still no delivery

<p>I ordered something on the 1st of July. Delivery date was said to be 12 July. On the 7th I got an sms saying delivery will happen before 5pm. I phoned MrD to say I am at work can it be delivered after 5pm. The call centre agent said no problem, and I know they do deliver after hours as I had parcels delivered then before. Well nobody came, got an sms that it will be delivered tomorrow before 5pm. I phoned MrD the next morning again to say I will be at work please deliver after 5pm. They even noted there the code the delivery guy must Dail at the gate. I got X2 sms saying delivery will be between 5pm and 7pm. 16:30 the delivery guy phoned saying he is at my house can I open. I said I am NOT home I am still on my way from work, the instructions was to deliver after 5pm and I got the sms too. He apologised and said will come after 5pm.I phoned the national call centre again to sort out the mess and they said they will. Well again nobody came. Now today on Saturday their call centre is only opening at 10 and local branch phone number (they supposed to deliver) deals only with food orders. I also emailed takealot but got no response in the 2-12 hours as the promise on their response email. Why is it so hard to deliver a parcel if you make arrangements early enough... And repeatedly... </p>
