Takealot Mr delivery not delivering?

Takealot deliveries have gone from bad to worse. They have moved their deliveries from third companies to their own mr delivery in our area. What a big mistake. These drivers have an excuse for everything, from bad signal not being able to phone you to an sms saying that I was not home. I have to consider buying things from a different provider, just to avoid the delivery team. What a shame
