TAKEALOT MOVES DELIVERY DATES AS AND WHEN THEY PLEASE!!!

I ordered a two plate gas cooker top together with a bullnose regulator and hose kit yesterday, 29/06/2022. At the time of placing my order, delivery was scheduled for Saturday 02/07/2022.

Today, 30/06/2022 I went onto Takealot's webpage to track my order, and notice that they have now suddenly moved the delivery date to Tuesday 05/07/2022.

On ordering the items, no-where did Takealot show that there was no stock or I would not have ordered the items.

Today I called their call centre to basically cancell my order and get a refund, and was told that they are unable to do this.

This is not the first time that Takealot have done this to me and as soon as Amazon opens their online shops in SA, I am going to switch to them. This is the last time that I will ever purchase from Takealot
