Takealot most difficult online shop i have ever used.

I had a delivery that had missing items. In 3 weeks Takealot has not yet resolved issue . A new agent handles issue every day and asks for same information previously requested and provided to the preceding agents. They completely ignore all my questions and requests. There is no way to escalate a query. Agents don't bother to understand customer requests. They just respond like computer programs. I am extremely unhappy with Takealot and will not be doing any business with them in the future.
