Takealot more without delivering.

Since signing up with Takealot more I have had two really poor experiences. I ordered stock that showed as in stock on Gauteng, CT and Durban. You are supposed to receive x amount of same and next deliveries per month. The last order took 4 days to deliver.

I just placed an order, checked all items in stock, selected next day delivery and now I receive an email and have a guaranteed delivery for Saturday the 22nd??? I have escalated this but there is no support from Takealot, they do not try to understand the problem and basically have an attitude of that's how it is.

Well I will vote with my feet, i want to support this company but they don't seem to want to keep me as a customer.
