Takealot more than you should

So I bought some globes which I thought were rechargeable turns out they weren't. I returned them less than 20 hours later. They were collected, logged and not long after I received a message to lete know that the globes would be delivered to me. I cancelled the order as the globes were the very same and requested a credit via email. I send quite a few ails asking for my refund even if it was a takealot credit. I was told it would take 3-5 days... I have emailed queries since and it's now been 8 days and nothing has been credited to any account and I have had no feedback. The standard at takealot has dropped drastically and now I'm even more appalled about than ever. No one has bothered to check or give feed back.
