Takealot more stress than convenience

Ordering from Takealot has become so stressfull and it's not suppose to be like that. Ordering online is meant to be be convenient, but with Takealot it is not. I have been eaiting 4 days for my order and thery have cancelled the order which I really needed. They do not give you a specific time on delivery, they expect you to wait around whole day till 7 pm for the order to arrive. I tried calling customer care and it's impossible to get a hold of anybody. I am done with Takealot, I trust Amazon will get it right.
