Takealot More not worth it for issue resolution

Particularly rating Takealot More. I have been using takealot for years and happy with everything. I recently signed up for takealot more for benefits since I trust the brand. I ordered a tent for a coming up camping trip well in advance (26 Feb) and was told it would arrive 5 March. It has not even been shipped. I have tried resolving the issue with takealot directly for the past week. I am getting the runaround. It's not even a package I can afford to get whenever as it is time sensitive and I ordered in advance. What is the point of even paying a monthly subscription when I have an issue and the resolution process is that bad and slow? One might just have to resort to social media as it seems that's what brands respond to the fastest instead of when you try to resolve it quietly.
