Takealot More? More like Takealot longer.

I’ve been paying my TakealotMore subscription consistently for months—loyal, on time, and fully expecting the convenience and benefits I was promised. Next-day delivery? That’s supposed to be the whole point.

But when I finally needed that convenience, the system failed me. My package didn’t arrive the next day. When I called to follow up, I was told it’s “stuck somewhere” and they’re “not sure where.” Seriously? That’s the level of service I get after paying extra every month?

No proactive updates. No accountability. Just vague excuses and zero resolution. If Takealot can’t deliver on the very benefits they advertise for their premium service, then what exactly am I paying for?
