Takealot (more like waitalot)

Overall just really bad service. Constantly delayed with deliveries. My latest delivery has been delayed 4 days with no reasoning given. It's a ps5 game which I ordered 10 days ago which was scheduled for release this Friday the 10th . Every other online shop ships a day in advance to make sure a paying customer receives the pre order on the day of release but not takealot. I'll think twice before pre ordering anything from them again. They should be very worried because once Amazon gets to south africa they will close if this sort of customer service carries on
