Takealot? More like Suckalot!

I placed my order on Sunday 25 March 2018 and paid via paypal, the system was down and payment didn't reflect till Monday morning. When ordered, the delivery date was shown as 2 March 2018. When I logged in midweek to check where the parcel was, the delivery date had moved to 5 March 2018. I had not received any communication from them to tell me they had moved the delivery date. At this point, my parcel still hadn't been dispatched from their warehouse. I wrote to them to complain about the lack of service. I did not receive an apology or explanation of why my delivery date had changed. The agent eventually told me that the parcel was dispatched and would be delivered before the 5th if it could be. Today I logged in only to see that my delivery date has again changed! Now delivery will be made on the 6th!

How can you get this so wrong? I think Takealot needs to stop adding all the extra **** products to their range and rather focus on getting the ones they have properly delivered. If you can't cope with what you have at present, then don't add more Takealot because your service is disgusting! I wonder if I will get a response to this? I won't hold my breath!
