Takealot? More like ****-a-lot

I am so disappointed in Takealot, I ordered a product from them on Monday the 25th of May and it was scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday the 27th of May. Come Wednesday, I received the email that its out on delivery and nothing after that. When I check the app, I see that it was delivered to a Thelma (Domestic), I don’t even know who that is. So I log a return, they call me on Thursday, and long story short, the driver delivered to a house he assumed was mine, he didn’t see the need to call because he has delivered at the specific estate before. I have not heard from them since, zero communication, no refund, and of course no product. I have called, emailed, dm’d and still nothing. If I could give them a zero, I would. What is so upsetting is that I have been a loyal customer since they first started out and this has never happened before.
