Takealot More ****

Decided to purchase a TakealotMore subscription for the month of December. Not wanting to forget a in January, I cancelled to avoid recurring payments. Note that I paid in full for 09 Dec up to 08 Jan. Now I am still being charged delivery on my orders "because subscription is cancelled" but it states the billing period is up until 08 Jan, and it has already fine off my account too. Called them, not much help "they will escalate"... I want to finalise the order as I need it delivered urgently but am now delayed by seeming incompetence and faulty systems... Cannot order without paying for delivery which I've already paid for an hour ago...
